They vary with the season and the length of stay; the exact amount for a given set of dates is confirmed when the reservation is made, and that confirmed total is what the guest pays.

Pricing and payment

  • Per apartment, not per person. The nightly rate covers the whole apartment for up to the stated number of guests.
  • VAT included. The published rate already includes VAT; no service charge is added.
  • Dubai tourism fee. AED 30 per apartment per night is collected at the property, as at every property in the city.
  • Prepayment. A reservation is confirmed against a prepayment equal to the total of the guest's booking confirmation. The guest receives a personal payment page whose invoice reference carries the reservation number.
  • Payment methods. Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay, in AED, on secure payment pages operated by Arab Financial Services. Card details are never collected or stored on this website.
  • Free cancellation. On flexible rates, cancellation is free up to 5 days before arrival, with a full refund to the same card — see Cancellation & Refunds.
  • New Year period. Rates over Christmas and New Year are set separately and are higher than the ranges above.
