We provide short-term accommodation services in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. No physical goods are sold or shipped.
What you receive and when
- Booking confirmation. Once your payment is received, we confirm your reservation in writing — by message through the platform where you booked (for example Booking.com) and/or by email.
- Check-in details. Closer to your arrival date we send check-in instructions for your apartment: the exact address, access arrangements and our contact details for the day of arrival.
- The stay itself. The accommodation is provided at the property and for the dates stated in your booking confirmation.
If something does not arrive
If you have paid and do not receive a confirmation within a few hours, or you have not received check-in instructions by the day before your arrival, contact us at info@dlvh.ae quoting your booking number and we will resend them.
