We accept the following payment cards:

Transaction currency

All prices are quoted and all payments are processed in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate.

How payment works

After you book, we send you a personal payment link for your reservation. The link opens a secure hosted payment page operated by Arab Financial Services (AFS), our licensed payment services provider. The page shows your invoice reference in the format CI-AM<booking number> and the exact amount of your booking, so you can verify it before paying.

Security of card details

• Card details are entered only on the secure payment page of AFS, served over an encrypted HTTPS/TLS connection.
• This website (dlvh.ae) does not collect, transmit or store payment card details.
• Payments are processed by AFS, a payment provider certified to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
• We never ask for your full card number, PIN or card security code by email, chat or telephone.
