This policy explains how Diamond Line Vacation Homes Rental L.L.C. (“the Company”, “we”) handles personal data collected through the website dlvh.ae.

Processing and storage
Enquiries submitted through the form are transmitted by a third-party form delivery service and arrive in the Company’s email inbox, which is hosted by an external email provider. These providers process the data on our behalf for the purpose of delivering and storing correspondence. If your browser cannot submit the form, it will instead open your own email application, in which case the message is sent directly by you.
Correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and to meet the Company’s record-keeping obligations under applicable United Arab Emirates law.
Disclosure
We do not disclose personal data to third parties except where required by law or by a competent authority in the United Arab Emirates, or where disclosure is necessary to provide a service you have requested.
Your rights
